Our Mission

The mission of the Sally Judith McLellan Foundation is to promote the public welfare through the science-based restoration of sustainable ecosystems and to educate the public and their decision makers  as to the public good achieved through the restoration of North  American lands, wetlands, and waterways to a pre-Columbian  condition by grants and public dialogue.

In so doing we hope to restore and “rewild”  bears, beavers, birds, bison, wolves, wolverines,  native fish, native amphibians, and native reptiles.
